Extensive experience in providing both individual and group therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, parenting challenges, workplace issues, academic-related stress, interpersonal conflicts, divorce and separation-related concerns, and mood fluctuations associated with menopause. I am skilled in applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to my client needs, with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Person-Centered Therapy. I demonstrate a strong ability to integrate multiple modalities to support diverse client populations effectively. I am known for creating a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages self-exploration, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth. I approach therapy with a client-centered mindset, combining clinical insight with empathy and practical strategies to support lasting change and improved well-being.
Special Education
I am experienced in designing inclusive learning programs customized to individual needs, supporting children and adults with mild to moderate mental retardation (intellectual disabilities). My focus areas include teaching survival skills, basic academic concepts, and enhancing cognitive and motor development through adaptive teaching methods that promote independence, engagement, and meaningful learning outcomes.
My Approach
I believe every individual carries a unique story shaped by experiences, relationships, and personal strengths. My role as a Counseling psychologist is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where my clients feel seen and heard, and where healing can begin.

My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies to meet each client’s specific needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to reframe unhelpful thoughts, while Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) helps clients set and achieve practical goals. For deeper exploration, I integrate Narrative, Existential, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centered therapies, allowing individuals to re-frame life stories, find meaning in struggles, and develop authentic growth.

A significant part of my work involves children and individuals with special needs. Here, I design programs that blend counseling with creative learning activities such as puzzles, art, and interactive exercises, ensuring that learning feels engaging and accessible.
Collaboration is central to my practice. I work closely with families, educators, and caregivers when needed, ensuring clients receive holistic support. In every session, I view clients as active partners in the process—together we identify goals, reflect on patterns, and build pathways toward growth.

Above all, confidentiality, trust, and respect form the foundation of my work. By combining structured therapeutic techniques with genuine empathy, I aim to help clients discover inner resources, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life for you.
